Facebook is the only mobile social application that a majority of SMBs have either used or plan to adopt this year, according to [pdf] recent survey results from j2 Global. The survey asked respondents which of 6 specific apps they had used or plan to for business development and marketing, finding that Twitter was a fairly distant second, cited by 43% of respondents to Facebook’s 70%.
